Summary
The primary job function is to provide all required application supports to customers on RDA’s RF front end products, including RF PA, Switches, LNA, FEM, and etc.
Responsibilities:
1.Support RDA products in customer project throughout all phases from product selection, architecture definition, schematic, layout, customer board bring-up, verification to mass production
2.Work with all chipset platforms/vendors and strategic end-customers on RF front-end designs
3.Work with design teams during product developments and provide feedbacks from the system point of view to guarantee RDA products have adequate performance margin before going to mass production
4.Take charge of product application schematics and application notes
5.Provide technical training to junior engineers in the team in both RF theory and hands-on lab works

Required Skills:
1.Strong knowledge in RFIC/MMIC applications, system specifications, and different wireless standards such as GSM, EDGE, CDMA, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA and LTE
2.Hands-on experiences with RF front-end components and circuits. RF impedance matching and RF circuits debugging are must
3.Hands-on experience on RF test equipment including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and communication testers
4.Good communication skills with customers and internal teams are necessary 
5.Experience for Qualcomm platform is preferred; Work experience in PA vendors is preferred

主要职责：
1.针对客户使用RDA射频前端产品的项目提供全面的支持，包括产品选型、系统定义、原理图、制版、系统板调试和验证，直至大批量生产。

职位要求：
1.RFIC/MMIC应用基础知识扎实，精通射频系统指标，熟悉GSM、EDGE、 CDMA、TD-SCDMA、WCDMA、LTE等主要无线标准；
2.熟悉射频前端器件和电路的调试，有丰富的阻抗匹配调试经验；
3.熟悉信号源、频谱仪、网络分析仪、无线通信综测仪等射频仪器、设备的使用；
4.良好的客户和团队内沟通技巧。
