岗位描述

1) Ensure maintenance activities are carried out under QC/QA procedure. Perform audit on maintenance project.

确保设施维护服务符合标准流程，并进行内部设施维护服务标准审查。

2) Support branches to open new project.

为设施维护新开项目提供支持

3) Contribute to develop maintenance standardization system

持续改进设施维护服务的SOP标准

4) Ability to coach technicians

监督并指导项目维护的工作情况

5) Complete other missions assigned by senior maintenance manager

其它高级设施经理安排的工作

6) Submit working report timely

按时提交工作报告

7) Control the operations on the quality & technical aspect.

控制并监督各项目运营当中的质量和技术等各方面工作

8) Reviews and interprets all the feedback from the customers to initiate appropriated revisions and improves the existing offer; advise clients as to how best to achieve required results.

及时有效的与客户方进行沟通，并反馈客户解决方案



资质要求：

1、空调、电力或管道系统相关工程专业
2、有厂务设施维护管理经验优先
3、英语听说读写良好 举报 分享
