职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

establish production planning management and control system, organize to set up the production plan (main plan, purchase plan, operational plan etc.), follow the order process and coordinate relevant department to execute the order
establish the system of material flowing management, to make logistics infrastructure, transportation, import and export can meet the needs of the company's business development
seek and develop supplier resources and manage effectively the infrastructure files; to make their product can meet our needs
responsible for general management of department, include work plan, KPI, the cultivation of talents and team building
compliance with company policy & EHS


Key Requirements:

bachelor degree or above
six years as logistics, of which three years as mgr. / supervisor
good communication skills
excellent team player
good organization and coordination ability，leadership and execution
good discovery, analysis and problem solving skills
talent cultivation and team construction skills
good command of sourcing skills
have the consciousness of quality, cost management
have strong ability of communication negotiations
have strong ability of time management
