职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

? To assists in the delivery of assigned architecture projects
? The job holder will work across Domains within INSH and contributes to, and in some cases leads the design and development of architectures that are aligned with Group standards, IT and business strategy, meet business objectives and satisfy all relevant regulatory and operational risk controls
? The Specialist also contributes to the development of Group standards, and identifies and implements new practices, processes and technologies where required


Key Requirements:

? Experience in IT leadership role
? Technical expertise in an IT Role
? Rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
? A track record of providing architectural guidance and input to complex programs and projects
? Knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
? Knowledge of the project lifecycle
? Prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical and business environment
? Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams
? Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for IT investments and alternatives in the language of business
? Understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements
? Ability to budget, track and control project expenditure
? Ability to prioritize competing demands
