职位描述：
Responsibilities工作职责：
1. Prospect to develop good quality wholesale accounts within an assigned territory and manage current wholesalers;
在特定的渠道开发高素质的经销商客户以及管理经销商客户。
2. Achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets;
达到并超越渠道目标。
3. Participate wine events, marketing and training activities;
参加评酒会，市场部及葡萄酒培训活动。
4. Organize product training for customers;
为客户组织葡萄酒培训。
5. Orienting customers to accept Summergate culture and developing together;
培养客户认同美夏文化以及共同发展。
6. Handle customer issues and feedback effectively;
处理客户问题并及时反馈。
7. Gathering and reporting market information to the management;
收集汇总市场相关信息报告。
8. Manage wholesale reports;
日常报表处理。
9. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
经理安排的其它任务。

Job Requirements：
1.Be able to manage key wholesale account’s sales develop and marketing plan independently within a big territory, skill and self-motive needed for the negotiation with the Corporate owners, travel 1-2 times per month.
2.Skillful in computer operations, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc, Good command in English will be plus;
3.Present well, properly communicate with clients and other dept, teamwork spirit;
4.College above;
5.Minimum 3-5 years Sales working experience, Prefer managing wholesale accounts in F&B industry or FMCG industry;
6. Be confident, experienced, mature and professional during biz negotiations. Handle problems effectively, follow up in time.
