Role Profile:

? Provide professional support to Partners in day to day business activities, communications and meetings
? Act as liaison to maintain Partners' internal and external relationships with company business leaders, client executives, government officials, business partners, and suppliers
? Organize GCEC meetings, leadership meetings, global visitors, Town Hall meeting etc.
? Participate in business meetings and provide verbal or written translation, take meeting minutes when required. Follow up on action items resulted from meetings and coordinate with related persons to close up action items
? Be responsible for Partners’ schedule management and travel arrangement (flight, hotel, transportation, expense claim, visa etc.)
? Handle business correspondences, edit and translate presentation, prepare regular reports on behalf of Partners
? Other ad hoc tasks

Requirement:

? Bachelor degree with at least 8 years executive assistant experience in multinational organization
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English (TEM-8)
? Demonstrated skills with PCs and MS Office Appliances (Word, Excel, PPT etc.) as well as internet knowledge
? Positive attitude, high integrity and sensitive to different cultures
? Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
? Strong organizational, time management, coordination and problem solving skills
? Proactive, hard-working, results-oriented and a good team player;
? Able to work under pressure
