职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Report directly to Senior Finance Director
？ Work with process owners to understand the business needs and implement process changes
？ Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes
？ Process mapping for new and existing business areas
？ Review, implement, and monitor the internal control procedures
？ Prepare, review, update process and internal control documentation
？ Perform routine process control testing to assess the effectiveness of internal controls
？ Identify internal control weakness and make recommendation on internal controls
？ Follow the audit findings raised by external and internal auditors
？ Other ad-hoc tasks related to process and internal controls

Requirement:
？ Bachelor degree with major in accounting, audit, finance
？ 4-6 years of audit and internal control experience, preferably big 4 and corporate experience
？ Excellent team worker and with a “can do” attitude
？ Familiar with financial accounting and ERP system
？ Proficient with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
？ Good oral and written English
？ Lean, Six sigma experience will be an added advantage 举报 分享
