岗位职责：
Job Descriptions：

1、负责分校的业务及运营管理；
1. Responsible for business and operation management of the branch;

2、制定和实施分校年度及阶段性运营计划及费用预算；
2. To develop and implement annual and stage of operation plan and budget expenses;

3、建立和完善区域市场营销体系和营销团队；
3. Establish and perfect the regional marketing system and marketing team;

4、与总部市场部协作，制定并实施区域市场调研和市场推广计划，组织实施，提高市场占有率
4. Cooperate with headquarter marketing Department, to develop and implement the regional market research and market promotion plan, implement and improve market share;；

5、带领营销及服务团队，监督、指导和激励下属工作，保证业绩目标的达成；
5. Lead the marketing and service team, supervision and guidance and encourage staff to work, ensure performance target;

6、维护教学团队稳定，提升教研水平；
6. Maintaining teaching team stability, promote the research level;

7、负责解决分校重大客诉，完善售后服务体系；
7. Responsible for solving complaints from branch school of major client and perfect the after-sale service system;

8、与总部各职能部门保持顺畅沟通，全面负责校区建设和日常事务管理。

任职要求：
Job Requirements:

1、28-40岁，本科及以上学历，市场营销、教育或管理类相关专业；
1. 28-40 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, education or management or related major;

2、三年以上教育培训行业市场、销售或教务教学管理经验，具备英语口语基础，具有少儿英语教育行业经验者优先；
2. Three years or above education and training industry market, sales or educational teaching management experience; Be provided with basic spoken English，With children english education industry experience preferred;

3、良好的计划和执行能力，善于沟通协调，分析决策，妥善处理应急事件；
3. Good planning and execution ability, good at communication and coordination, analysis and decision, properly deal with emergency events;

4、优秀的书面及口头表达能力，熟练使用常用办公软件。
4. Good written and oral communication ability, proficiency with office software.
