Job Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will report to South China Sales Director. The Mass Market Account Manager is responsible for develop Mass Market/Open Market customers through distribution channels. Provide proactive sales activity and value-added service to mass market customers. He/she will be an expert of the company’s products and be responsible to develop strong relationship and close partnership with the channel to ensure substantial influence to them with the primary goal of increasing penetration and sales. Typical job function will include:
? Responsible for new business development
? Perform partner volume target reviews and target and objective setting
? Ensure distributors achieve and exceed its goals through setting up best practice standards and aligned with corporate objectives
? Work with channel Inside Sales executives to deliver on shared objectives
? Execute key projects supported by Division and provide feedback
? Report, track and execute project
? Run channel programs – develop, understand, support, track and deliver the program goals and objectives
? Work with local training resources to ensure adequate project and program knowledge within the channel partners
? Perform regular review of partner plans with channel Account Executives/FAEs to ensure that named partners fully understand and are bought into Company technology and solutions

Required Qualifications:
? BS or MS degree major in EE is preferred
? Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a significant customer base, with experience in the electronic distribution space is a must
? Sound business acumen and judgment
? Keen financial understanding
? High level of technical awareness
? Marketing communication experience
? Great communicator with strong selling, analytical and influencing skills
? Demonstrated management and leadership skills
? Knowledge of China Mobile market and is willing to explore new market segments.
? Project management experience is a plus
? Fluent in both English speaking and writing
? Strategize and execute capability
? Willing to travel overseas
