Key responsibility:
Be responsible for the installation, layout, and maintenance of all network components & telephone systems. Plan, design, analyze, deploy, troubleshoot, and provide maintenance for data communications network or network equipment and telecom related systems. Conduct research and evaluation of network technology and recommend purchases of network and telephone equipment. Work on new office setup.
 
1, Work on new office setup (Project)
2, Work on problems arising related to network/IPT and network security services. Analyst the problem and propose solutions for permanent fix
3, work on service requests received from internal customers together with HQ network team and security team
4, Serve as technical specialist in network / telephone problems and emergencies.
5, Apply escalation processes to next level management
6, monitor and response to network alerts and incidents, updating known error and workaround database and problem logs.
 
Technical skills, Experience and background:
1, Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science
2, At least 5 years’ relevant practical experience to multi-sites international company
4, Hands-on experience in configuration of Cisco routers & switches, WLAN access points, infoblox, firewall, WLC etc.
5, Good understanding of connectivity technologies: MPLS lease line, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN;
6, Thorough knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, IBGP, EBGP, EIGRP
7, Expert level in network troubleshooting: capture and analyze network traffic, understand various network and application level protocols
8, Good at Cisco voice solution, CUCM, CCME, etc.
9, Networking certification include CCNP, CCIE is preferred
10, Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, demonstrate grace under pressure
11, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, towards both technical and non-technical staff
