Missions

Objectives & Responsibilities 目标和责任 · To ensure EHS objectives:0 pollution,0 industrial disease,0 loss of people; 确保完成环境安全健康指标零目标染，职业病发生率为零，人员无损失 · To in charge of authorized, provide and execute documents relevant ME, equipment and working environments;负责授权，提供和执行有关机械设备的文件，设备及工作环境 · To ensure daily production work well; 确保日常生产工作运行良好 · To in charge of daily management and supervision of production; 负责日常生产管理和监督工作 · To in charge of management of equipment of production;负责生产设备的管理 · To in charge of certificate workers knowhow and provide training;负责员工的专业技能证书及提供培训 · To manage recorders relevant to production and equipment maintenance.管理相关生产记录及生产设备维修

Candidate Requirements

Educational Requirements 学历要求 · Bachelor degree 本科学历

Technical Knowledge / Experience 技能和经验要求 · 5 years experience in industrial company, at least 2 years production management in multinational company 5年以上工业公司工作经验，至少2年的跨国公司生产管理经验 · English 英语熟练

Behavioural Skills / Competencies 其他能力要求 · Open minded, curious and quick learning, hard worker and team spirit; 性格开朗，有好奇心，学习能力强，工作认真努力，有良好的团队合作精神 · Strong skills in coordination, communication, teams management and change management. 有很强的协调，沟通，团队管理能力
