职位描述：

Scope of Responsibilities：

1.Prepare high quality and professional promotional materials including fact sheet, price list, fax cover, letter head, E-mail format, call center scripts, sales brochure, sales presentation materials, invitation, show preview, show directory, onsite guide, show tickets, souvenir, pre-registration form, CMO, etc, make sure all printed materials meet Reed minimum standard.

2.To propose, manage and implement the marketing plans for the assigned exhibitions or dedicated zones with the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate marketing plan with supported market data and analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget and timeline.

3.Gain an overview of industry environment.

4.To provide marketing support for project team in achieving 100% of budgeted sales revenue target, such as fact sheet, sales brochure, presentation materials, etc.

5.Conduct survey in target markets; analyze the industry trends, exhibitor and visitor behavior.

6.Evaluate and analyze the market, such as competitive environment, market positioning, potential marketing channels.

7.Communicate and contact industry and mass media, associations, travel agencies and other partners, negotiate cooperation, as well as collect market information.

8.Plan, execute and monitor DM, EDM’s marketing activities.

9.Plan, organize, execute on-site activities, such as seminar, conference, etc.

10.Database management. Identify potential channels to expanse the show or conference database, and control the quality of database.





Qualifications/任职资格:

1.Work in Shanghai.

2.Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or related disciplines.

3.Good command of both spoken and written English.

4.Have Strong capacity in logic think and judgment, affinity, communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Good team cooperation spirit; Good organization and coordination skills; Resource integration ability; Strong power of observation and strain capacity; High work enthusiasm.

6.Possess ability of planning, draft planning scheme and executing assigned projects.
