We transfer wine knowledge on and off line in a fun, informal but professional way! We are simple, real and authentic!

Job Description
Title Call Centre Operator
Reports to Managing Director
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
To build relationships and increase our revenue, through contacting our customers by telephone
Call Centre:
1. Interacting with our customers by telephone, using the company generated call lists
2. Contacting our foreign customers (English language)
3. Looking up and researching each customer prior to calling
4. Describing our products and services to our customers
5. Updating and confirming customer information
6. Responding to any questions from our customers
7. Follow up customers calls as required
8. Provide call statistics to management
9. Entering data and maintaining customer call logs/reports
Other:
10. Recognizing, documenting and informing the team of any trends or feedback from our customers
11. Assist the customer service team when required
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Chinese citizen
2. Must have excellent spoken English
3. Be a great communicator
4. Fun, friendly and bubbly personality
5. Previous experience within a call centre preferred
6. Ability to work independently
7. Fast learner (you must learn about all our wines)
8. Positive thinking and hard-working attitude
9. Good team Player
10. Understands and accepts CHEERS Core Values
