岗位职责 Job responsibilities:
1. Lead business development:
- Make China management team active in the definition of national business strategy and elaboration of offers.
- In line with business strategy of Altavia China, define and implement business development plan for Beijing office.
- Provide sufficient support to retention of existing clients managed at national level.
- Provide advice and resources if needed to develop new business led by other offices of Altavia China.
2. Ensure the quality of service delivered to clients:
As leading person of account management team:
- Manage sales projects including preparation of service offer and quotations.
- Follow-up implementation of projects for quality of service, schedule, allocation of resources and profitability
- Provide ongoing training in daily operation to Beijing account management team.
3. Control operational efficiency with specific focus on Gross Margin and optimization of resources allocation
- Ensure the compliance of GM, labor costs/GM ratio forecasted and delivered on each project/client with annual budget set for Beijing office.
- Control effectively direct third party costs other than printing costs and paper costs by building network and short list by category of service/goods purchased.
- Work closely with National Production Director for the printing costs and paper costs.
- Ensure the accuracy of timesheet reporting for Beijing office

技能要求Skills required:
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. More than 5 years working experience in a senior position of Account Management in multinational advertising agency, PR agency or marketing teams of consumer product company.
3. Strong knowledge and skills on:
- Communication, especially on BTL communication. The knowledge of printing technology will be an advantage.
- New business opportunities exploration
- Account management: external and internal coordination, efficient time management, ability to handle multi-task
4. Strategic thinker with exceptional business analysis skills.
5. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability of operate in situation where the leadership, creative problem solving and opportunity development is required and where resource allocation decisions are critical to success.
6. Strong team spirit and willing to work under pressure and frequent traveling.
7. Good command of English is an absolute mandatory for daily communication with the customer and the company management team.
