Position summary

-Define, with CMO and Senior Market Intelligence and
Communications Manager and the Company PR agency the external communication
strategy materialized by the maintenance of the “External Communication Media
Plan” and play an important part in its realization and follow-up.

-Plan, Organize, Design, Draft and Manage all external
communication supports (including but not limited to product and client
brochures, newsletters, corporate brochure, advertisement, PPT templates, web,
but also corporate videos, etc,…) which are to be used to promote the company
and its product externally (to clients as well to general public) in both
English and Mandarin

Position Accountabilities

Principal point of contact for the creation of external communication
supports, the Operational Marketing and External Communication Manager must,

-Understand and capture the needs of the different departments

-Propose, Plan, and Prioritize the projects in line with the
overall marketing and company strategy as well we with all corporate rules and
guideline

-Manage efficiently the projects in a timely manner and in line
with the pre-defined budget

-Understand, Document, Explain and strictly follow the rules
attached to Group and Company Templates and all Corporate Identity guidelines
which are in force within the company or the wider corporation.

-Co-Responsible of the application of the corporate brand policy
(point of contact for compliance check)

-Participate and oversee to the design and the execution of the
“External Communication Media Plan” which define the complete company external
future communication activities (Press Release, event organisation and
participation, Social media activity, etc,…)

-Manage and Supervise the Corporate Gift activity from
promotional corporate promotional gift design, selection, copyright compliance
up to the distribution according to the corporate gift policy and management in
the respect of the predefined budget.

-Collaborate closely with the internal communication department
in order to share ideas, contents, and stories with the goal of harmonising
internal and external communication and reduce cost of production of contact.

-Prepare regular external communication activity reports for
direct and senior management.

Required Qualifications

? University degree
level education as a minimum requirement in top 20 university

? At least 5 years
prior work experience in external communication, PR and/or creation of
editorial content (journalist)

? Excellent oral and
written communication in both Mandarin and English

? High level
interpersonal and analytical skills

? High level of
autonomy

? Proven leadership
and team management skills

? Self-motivated
person who is comfortable in working in a results based position

? Ability to work
independently, and to plan and manage time is essential

? Ability to work
under pressure and meet deadlines

? A friendly,
professional manner is imperative, as is the ability to prepare and make
presentations effectively

? Proficient computer
skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, etc

? Not has changed jobs
twice or more in the last 5 years.
