Job description
The role is responsible for increasing the brand awareness and credibility of EPC Natural Products Co., Ltd as a first tier natural ingredient producer to achieve annual sales and profit budget. The position supports the management in developing marketing strategy and makes marketing plan and budget in line with the corporate strategy. The responsibilities is to continuously generate content that are favorable for the brand image and select adequate and cost-effective channels and platforms to maximize the brand exposure and positive impacts. Market research and analysis is also dispensable to exploit new markets and to set up preliminary sales tactics.
 
Principal accountabilities
1.Constantly monitor the food & beverage and personal care market and dynamic competitive environment, translate knowledge into brand tactics that will create competitive advantage for EPC Natural Products Co., Ltd
2.Study target market and pinpoint the market segments with the highest potential by understanding the regulation, market access, benchmark, competing products and customer’s pain points, evaluating the market size and suggesting product positioning, pricing strategy, promotion channels and sales tactics.
3.Work closely with CEO, R&D, Sales and Supply Chain team, explore and articulate the messages that will generate positive impacts to the brand on a regular basis, and deliver high value content in format of presentation, product brochure, newsletter, video, report, whitepaper, press release and others.
4.Release the marketing content on media that EPC Natural Products Co., Ltd owns, eg. Linkedin, Wechat and official website and manage audience interaction
5.Collaborate with PR company to release the press releases and reach out to target media to deepen the influence which may lead to invitations for editorial review and interview
6.Manage media buy and placement, target the right audience and high quality prospects and release advertisement, whitepaper, newsletter and announcement
7.Build relationship with stevia and F&B associations that are highly regarded by the industry and customers, promote the image of Sweet Green Fields as an industry leader
8.Associate with strategic customers/partner to enhance the branding performance through co-Marketing programs
9.Make marketing plan and budget that aligns with marketing strategy, monitor the execution of the plan and budget allocation and return

Qualifications
1.Master of Marketing, MBA equivalent, or minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing in Food and Beverage or Personal Care market
2.Master of English, strong skills in writing and presenting in English
3.Independent, audacious, fast executor, logical and creative thinking, passionate for Marketing and Human health and well-being 举报 分享
