Job Summary:
? Good ability/capability to lead team to get things done or flawlessly implemented systematically for assigned projects/goals with effective skill in planning, organization, time management, communication, problem solving ..etc
Main Responsibilities :
? Bench mark process standard and restructure manufacturing engineering system at my clients with AHQ resources and support
? Set up 5 years plan / blue print for manufacturing process restructuring (area by area, line by line) at MY CLIENT’S based on sales forecast, business plan and company long term strategy with required investment included accordingly
? Set up short term plan to improve existing process at MY CLIENT’S with minimum invest in some key area like machining capability, capacity planning, quality improvement, shop floor manpower reduction, OEE improvement..etc
? Improve current engineering management process as required at MY CLIENT’S to meet TS system requirement.
? Organize routine team improvement activity for progress track and report out for problems/issues brought up in lean workshop, operation review, internal quality assessment, quality meeting etc.
? Annual departmental budget preparation and control, reviewing subordinate performance against objective annually, recommending employee promotion and training etc.
? Set up strategy and plan to strengthen the department engineering ability and reduce the man power and improve turn-over rate as a result.
? Leading the survey and evaluation for potential qualified suppliers in China / Asia for new/future program preparation.
? Perform other duties as assigned from superior
