岗位职责:

  1 Office & Admin Supplier Management

  - Monitor office's daily operations,

  - Manage Admin teams' service quality and performance

- In charge of the management of all admin supplies (travelling, company cars, cleaning, etc.) regarding selection, pricing, and delivery of quality and service, maintain good relationships and interacts with them;

- Monitor Admin supplier’s service quality;

  - Ensure office regular office patrol and implementation, submit monthly report to Admin manager

  - Be responsible for managing company administrative assets, include the maintenance of office equipment and supplies

  - Be responsible for internal and external reception work

2 Admin Budgeting and Cost Control.

- Implement of the company's annual administrative plan, control administrative costs, include but not limited to air tickets, bus tickets, printing costs, accommodation costs office supplies and so on

- Assist Admin Manager to build & Capex cost analysis for China & Malaysia Office

  - Collaborate on Admin supplier cost saving

  3 Office Policy and Process Refining              

  - Assist Admin Manager in developing overseas office's Admin Policy

  - Assist in SOP setup and implementation

  4 To provide administrative support, ensure effective communications between Admin team and other departments.

  5 Coordinate and support on project-based or company level activities, such as annual dinner;

  6 Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation. 任职要求:

1 Age: 28-35

2 At least 3-5 years relevant experience in administrative or office management      

3 Have an excellent communication skills with strong competence in both English and Chinese written and oral skills

4 Good time management and organisational skills and have the abiity to adapt quickly in a fast paced, diverse, and challenging environment

5 Strong analytical, problem - solving skills

6 High integrity, working hard
