Archibat HR Asia is looking for an Interior Design Director for one of the largest Local Design Institute in Shanghai.
工作职责：
Responsibility：
1、作为国际设计中心室内设计总监，与院领导、国际设计中心领导、市场经营部、相关生产部门共同参与院室内设计、建筑工程设计相关项目的营销工作；
As an Interior Design Director in International design Center, participate in related marketing business, such as Interior Design, Architectural and Engineering Design related projects with company leaders, International division leaders, marketing departments and other related design departments.
2、主持国际设计中心主任交办的部分室内设计项目的设计和设计管理工作；
Take charge of design and design management work in some high-end Interior Design projects，
3、作为部分项目的大客户经理，与部分大客户保持联系；
As Key Account Manager in some projects, should keep in touch with key customers.
4、通过参加论坛、峰会、市场推广活动等形式，提升我院市场影响力；
Improve the company's market influence by attending forums, summits and marketing & promotion events, etc.
5、主持院内室内设计专业，国际化能力提升专题工作，包括辨识我院与境外高端设计公司能力差别，提出系统性提升我院室内设计国际化能力的方案；
Take charge of the initiative for increasing internationalization abilities of the company by distinguishing the differences between the company and international high-end interior design companies and proposing systematic projects.
?6、拟定团队工作计划和下属工作安排，参与相关设计管理会议，对建筑工程相关专业设计进行协调配合；
Work our team work plan and arrange work for subordinates, coordinate with architectural and engineering design disciplines;
7、跟进区域内各项目设计任务的完成进度，协调项目工程进度，参与组织图纸审核工作；
Follow the design process of design assignments, coordinates design progress and drawing review;
?8、负责装饰施工图现场效果把控，负责组织处理工程重大技术问题；
In charge of Construction site quality control and major engineering issue;
任职资格：
Qualifications:
?1、本科及以上学历，室内设计或相关专业；
Bachelor or above, majored in Interior Design or related;
?2、国际知名室内设计公司总监、副总监经历；
Experience to be Interior Design Director/Deputy Director in well know first tier International Interior design company;
?3、优秀的方案设计能力；较强的施工图设计经验和现场管理能力；了解建筑工程中消防，机电及暖通相关专业知识；
Excellent Schematic Design capability, construction drawing design capability as well as construction management capability; Knowledge in fire proofing, MEP and Air ventilation.
?4、组织、沟通、协调能力较强，责任感较高；
Good organizing, communication and coordination skills, with strong sense of responsibility;
5、中英双语能力，能力出众者可酌情商议；
English and Mandarin Bilingual capability，negotiable for distinguished candidates;
