职位描述：
Role Purpose
1.Provide O2O communication planning solution for designated clients

Key Accountabilities
1.Manage day-to-day business/requests of designated clients
2.Fully understand client business and category issues, ability to read simple tracking and brand health numbers, recommend appropriate media strategies, proposal / plan and ensure they are properly executed.
3.Ensure competitive reviews are properly executed and that are strategically relevant for the client (Demonstrated key learning / insights).
4.Positively challenge thinking from clients, media vendors and other disciplines (ability to defend own rationale).
5.Innovate projects / analyses that would be of benefit to client.
6.Initiatives and pro-activeness to drive additional ideas for clients.
7.Coordinating process between internal teams i.e. Tactical Planning, Trading team & business partners.
8.Managing and leading the team efficiency/performance to deliver commercial edge
9.New business development: responsible for pitches and optimizing existing client OOH spending

Personal Specification
1.University graduate with minimum of 8-10 years industry experience
2.Full media planning background but have experience with Offline medias.
3.Understand how digital media works.
4.Excellent English writing and reading skill
5.Be innovative and agile , with digits mindset.
6.Experience of team leadership
7.Good presentation skills (PPT and present)
