职位描述：

工作综述：
以幼儿园的的教育理念为目标导向，负责幼儿园教学活动的落实和开展。

工作职责：
1）根据教学目标，计划和组织好每周的业务学习；
2）指导教师制定教学目标、选择教学内容、创设教育环境、运用教育组织方式；
3）积极了解国内外先进的科研教题，组织开展好教研活动；
4）定期组织教师进行公开课、教研课、示范课的展示；
5）定期组织好对外开放的教学研讨活动，组织教师外出学习参观；
6）根据教学目标，负责幼儿园的各类教学活动的筹备和开展；
7）根据教学目标，负责外籍教师的管理，包括遵守学校的各类规章制度、按照学校的教学计划合理安排课程内容等。

任职资格：
1）学历要求：大专以上学历，有心理学或教育学专业背景者优先；
2）工作经验及年限：5年以上国际学前教育课程教学一线工作经验，有教学管理经验者优先，有IB或高瞻课程教学经验者优先；
3）专业资格要求：持有幼儿教师资格证，具备国家认证的中级以上资格职称者优先；
4）专业知识：具备心理学或学前教育相关理论知识，了解IB或高瞻课程的教学实践；
5）专业技能：熟悉幼儿教育有关的各类法律法规和管理章程；能够独立开展幼儿园的教学、管理工作；具备较强的英语交流能力、活动组织能力；
6）通用技能：能够操作office2003以上的各类常用办公软件；能够熟练运用普通话、英语进行沟通者优先。
