职位描述：
岗位职责:

1.支持产品经理共同完成产品设计,对产品设计进行可行性评估及提供改进建议；
2.带领内部和外包开发团队进行应用程序开发，技术文档编写, 并且监督开发周期的流程及程序的质量；
3.负责系统分析与架构设计，主持设计业务应用系统的软件架构、安全体系、并负责相关系统接口分析与设计；
4.负责及时指导、处理、协调和解决开发过程中出现的技术问题，确保技术的按时完成，不断完善开发流程和开发工作的标准化建设。
5.负责业务系统后端的开发与维护,优化数据库和底层架构，提升性能，以及联合前端进行调试；

任职资格:

1.3年以上软件开发经验，具有系统设计，性能优化经验，以及成功案例；
2.精通Java,J2EE,Javascript,Python,Json,API,Webservice,Rest等开语言和接口协议；
3.熟练掌握主流商业或开源数据库如Oracle，MSSQL, MySQL中的至少两种；
4.熟练使用开发工具，版本控制软件，开源社区, 如Eclipse, SVN，Git 等；
5.了解C#，C++，.net，PHP，HTML5, CSS等；
6.能够快速学习新技术，有良好的英语阅读能力；
7.大学本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、软件相关专业；
8.具有很强的沟通协调和计划能力，具备团队建设和沟通意识；

优先考虑：
1.有Cache数据开发经验和CSP开发经验的优先考虑；
2.熟悉敏捷软件开发过程，Scrum master或有PMP证书者优先考虑；
3.有过用户访问分析，营销数据产品经验或医疗信息化经验优先考虑；
4.有在线支付，微信，和基于web的IM，CRM，ERP开发经验者优先；
5.开发有企业服务总线实施经验优先考虑；
6.有过数据产品开发经验者优先，如大数据可视化，复杂报表系统；
