- Assist admin manager to complete admin works and internal daily works.
协助行政经理完成公司行政事务性工作及部门内部日常事务工作。
- Assist other departments to spread the work, and provide necessary support.
协助公司其他部门开展工作,并给予必要的支持。
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS任职条件
Education / Experience教育背景及工作经验
- College degree and above专科以上学历
- 2+ years of experiences in secretariat or general services department of foreign invested industry.两年以上外资企业公司前台或行政工作相关经验。
Specific knowledge专业知识
- Familiar with general services activities. Proficient in office automation software (especially Word and Excel). Having basic understanding of network. Good command of English communication.熟悉企业行政管理工作、熟练使用办公软件(特别是Word和Excel)、具备基本的网络知识和较熟练的英语应用能力。
- Can fluently speak English; be skilled in reading and writing English documents. 能够用英语流利地对话, 熟练地读写英文材料.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY职责范围
Assist and subsequently supervisor the implementation of all administrative policies and regulations of the Company.
协助行政经理编制公司行政管理的各项规章制度,并监督
Assist administration manager to control the spending of all administrative expenditures of the Company, in accordance with the annual budget of the Company
根据公司年度预算,协助行政经理严格控制公司各项行政费用支出。
Daily service work 日常服务性工作
- Responsible for picking up the switchboard to transfer to relevant person, receiving and sending faxes. 负责总机电话的转接、传真收发。
- Receive and guide the visitor. 来访客户的接待及引导。
- According to frame purchase agreement and the request of each department, make price relations and purchase for office equipments, stationeries, and daily necessities, and make the distribution record. 按照签订的框架采购协议,根据各部门的需求,完成办公设备及办公用品、日常用品的比价采购、发放管理、登记和报帐。
- According to employee’s request, arrange business trip, for example: flight tickets, train tickets, and hotel reservation, etc. 根据员工的出差申请需求安排员工的差旅事宜,如机票、火车票、酒店的预定等。
- Dispatch the business car reasonably; check the statistic of driver’s relevant charge for reimbursement monthly. 合理派遣公务用车,并完成司机月度各种费用的报销核对统计。
- Responsible for registering, delivering domestic and international express, and checking the account as well as applying for the payment. 负责完成公司国内、国际快递邮件的登记、发放、及费用的核准和报帐。
- Print, check, calculate and apply for the payment of the employee’s business card. 员工名片的印制、统计和报帐。
- Deliver, calculate, and apply for the payment of employee’s drinking water. 员工饮用水的配送、统计和报帐。
- Statistic of employee’s telecommunications reimbursement. 员工电话费、公司通信费用的报销、统计。
- Management and statistic of payment for copying the keys of each department. 各部门钥匙配备的管理和费用的报帐。
- Issue and register the pass card of external and internal car. 公司内部员工车辆、外部承包商车辆登记,通行证的办理。
Provide the support to Human Resource Department 人力资源服务
- Deal with the procedure of new employees: deliver, register of employee handbook, card, morality handbook, stationery, temporary dormitory, organize new employees to take photo and make employee card cover and deliver. 办理新员工入职手续:完成员工手册、员工卡、道德手册、办公用品、临时宿舍钥匙等发放、登记,组织新入职员工照相,制作员工卡面并发放。
- Deal with resigned employee: taking back the employee handbook, card, morality handbook, stationery, etc. 办理员工离职手续:收回员工手册、员工卡、道德手册、办公用品等。
- According to the employee’s request, assist in issuing the dispatch letter and visa’s application. 根据员工的申请协助出具派遣函,完成签证的办理。
- Issue the invitation letter and apply for visa extension for foreigner. 出具外籍人员邀请函、办理签证延期。
Update the information of ABP employees 员工信息更新
- Type and update the employee’s information in Lotus Notes. Lotus Notes 员工信息的录入和更新。
- Management of database for card center, gate controlled. 发卡中心、门禁控制等数据库管理。
