职位描述：
岗位职责:
1.负责公司前台电话接听、转接和记录，公司来客接待登记，快件寄送签收分发；
2.负责公司各类文件打印、复印、传真、扫描，以及日常表单、文件等的管理，并根据业务需要及时补充并更新；
3.负责公司日常会务安排和会议记录；
4.负责员工饮用水等供应的支持保障；
5.负责公司员工考勤管理与月报表提交统计，门禁系统维护；
6.负责协助公司人力资源部工作；包括面试电话通知、会议室预定等；
7.按时完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务；

岗位要求：
1.20-25岁，形象气质佳，普通话流利；
2.大专及以上学历；相关前台工作经验者优先；
3.较好的英语读写听说能力；
4. 能够熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件及各种办公自动化设备；
5.较好的文字表达能力；
7.具备良好的服务意识和敬业精神，具有较强的团队合作精神；
8.服从上级下达的工作安排
