职位描述：
Responsibilities:

o Direct report to Planning Director
o Assist to set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
o Assist to construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
o Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas
o Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
o Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing
o Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight


Requirement:

o 3-4 media planning experience with 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of advertising and preferably experience in other forms of communication channel ,strong in TV planning skill
o Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
o Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members
o Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing
o Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must 举报 分享
