Do you have what it takes?
1.Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus
2.Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business or personal needs
3.Knowledge of internet, social media and/or small business is highly preferred
Excellent spoken and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills to include proven rapport building and sales techniques
4.Ability to deliver stellar customer service across multiple channels of contact including phone, email and chat
5.Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard. We want the best for you and for our customers!
6.Proven record of quickly learning several aspects of support and utilizing multiple resources in providing a stellar customer experience
工作内容：
接听客户的技术疑问做技术支持工作，工作中会有销售内容，如推荐客户公司网站排名靠前，提高点击率，或插件换颜色增加美感等
职位要求：
专科以上学历，粤语母语，英语可熟练交流；
有半年以上销售或技术支持经验;有团队合作精神，沟通能力强。
