Purpose of the Job:
Provide effective support to the sales management and daily management of the sales team. 为销售部经理层和销售团队提供有效支持。

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist national sales manager finish sales report and other sales data analysis.协助全国销售经理完成销售报告及数据分析;
- Responsible for all sales conference minutes.负责各类销售会议记录、整理工作;
- Responsible for supervising the sales rep. weekly report, event report and periodic tasks, and reporting to the national sales manager. 负责监督销售人员周报与事件报告的完成情况,以及定期工作任务的执行情况,并向全国销售经理汇报;
- Responsible for answering and sales related phone calls during the absence of sales staff, timely pass customer information to relevant people, properly handle emergency case.负责接听与销售有关的电话来访,在销售人员缺席时,及时转告客户信息,妥善处理紧急事件;
- To provide logistical support and market support for related sales activities (such as preparation and organization work).为相关销售活动提供后勤支持以及提供市场支持(如筹备与组织工作);
- Assist national sales manager manage sales reimbursement and run sales expense report regularly.协助全国销售经理管理销售报销工作,定期生成销售费用报告;
- Responsible for sales function relevant orientation training.负责销售相关模块的新员工入职培训;
- Schedule appointment and business trips for national sales manager according to his/her requirement.根据全国销售经理要求为其安排工作预约和商务旅行等;
- Fast response and effective coordinate sales team’s routine work needs.快速响应及有效协调销售团队的日常工作需求;
- Responsible for routine work of customer management and maintenance.负责日常客户管理维护;
- Carry out other work assigned by the national sales manager.执行全国销售经理布置的其他工作。

Qualifications:
- Above college degree大专以上学历;
- 2-3 year related experience, interested in administration, filling and office work. 2 - 3年相关经验,对行政管理和办公室工作感兴趣;
- Initiative, team-spirited is preferred 主动,富有团队精神者优先;
- Willingness to perform and result orientation 坚持以结果为导向;
- Creativity and ability to Change 有创造力;
- Ability to work under pressure 具有在压力下工作的能力;
