岗位职责：
1. 协助设计WM新系统的业务流程以及信息流程，记录风险并确定缓解策略。
2. 为户需求提供合理解决方案：包括创建业务流程图、功能规范。
3. 根据现有WM系统定义，分析和评估现有的物流业务功能和流程，并向管理层提供合理的改善建议。
4. 协助解决方案经理，提供经营管理所需要的分析查询工具及报表。
5. 在系统升级和更新时，进行系统测试并更新测试文档。
6. 用SQL语言进行数据库基本操作\提取数据，编写/修改系统报表。
7. 定期对仓库库存分析，并根据业务做相应的调整。
8. 进行系统配置，包括建立新的地点，区域，搜索路径，原因代码和标签的打印。
9. 优化PC，HHT和工作站的集成操作。
10. 解决系统存在的问题，并指导用户对问题进行纠正。

任职资格
1. 大学本科 信息技术或相关专业；或一到两年的相关工作经验和/或培训；或同等的教育和经验。
2. 熟悉仓库或物流ERP或者SAP WMS集成经验优先
3. 简单的SQL查询/编程技巧。
4. 仓储或物流行业工作经验。
5. 有Helpdesk或 User Support经验。
6. 沟通能力强，能与供应商、用户、客户、同事进行有效沟通
7. 能够阅读和理解系统操作手册及相关文档
8. 能对用户做系统培训及非技术人员解释技术信息
9. 粤语、英语读写
10. 有诊断/解决问题的能力


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 
？ Assist in design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow; document risks and identify mitigation strategies.
？ Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. This includes creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the team.
？ Define, analyze, and evaluate existing logistics business functions and processes leveraging WMS systems. Make recommendations to management on opportunities for process improvements by utilizing and leveraging applications in the logistics space.
？ Research and troubleshoot all WMS related issues within our established service level guidelines based on severity.
？ Modifies warehouse management system
？ Assists reporting solution administration, providing analytical queries and tools for operational management as needed.
？ Tests software upgrades and updates software validation documentation.
？ Applies working knowledge of SQL programming language, as well as use of technical knowledge of connecting to and manipulating relational databases, extracting data, and writing/modifying business intelligence and other systems reports.
？ Conducts periodic inventory slotting and zoning analysis in warehouses, and executes changes in collaboration with Operations.
？ Conducts system configuration, including establishing new locations, zones, search paths, reason codes, and label development.
？ Performs basic computer, HHT and work station integration.
？ Documents system processes in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
？ Resolves problems, and instructs users on corrective actions.
 
Qualifications
？ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from University in Information Technology or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
？ Preferred but not required experience with the warehouse or logistics ERP knowledge highly preferred
？ Preferred but not required experience with SAP WMS integration
？ SQL Query/Programming skills.
？ Warehousing or Logistics Industry experience.
？ Help Desk or User Resolution experience.
？ Communicate effectively with management, vendors, users, customers, and peers
？ Logically present issues and potential enhancements effectively
？ Ability to read and interpret documents related to operations and system usage
？ Ability to train users and speak clearly, concisely and effectively
？ Ability to explain technical information to non-technical staff
？ Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
？ Diagnostics/Troubleshooting capability
