工作要求：
临床医学等相关专业硕士以上学历
8年以上生物药临床方案设计及执行经历
系统完整完成过2-3个临床项目经验
担任过5人以上团队领导经历至少两年
有生物类新药临床研究经验者更佳

工作职责：
负责管理公司所有临床项目的开展并组织实施
全面控制临床试验的技术、质量和进度按照新药申报要求
组织完成临床申报资料的撰写工作负责本部门的考核和人员培训
协调临床部与其他部门的合作工作 举报 分享
