Job Content：
1.Planning and Reporting
Oversee preparation of relevant financial reports to ASSAB Pacific and voestalpineEdelstahl GmbH.
Prepare and coordinate the financial budget and strategic planning process.
2.Controlling
Design, optimize and review internal controlling reports (e.g. contribution analysis).
Deliver required information to MD and Regional HQ as requested (comparison actual vs. budget, deviation analysis, to be able to challenge all parties involved on a sound data base).
Build up, implement and enforce comprehensive company-wide controlling policies. These should encompass allaspects of the business including production controlling.
Identify and develop required improvements, initiate relevant projects
Ensure State of the Art information as a basis for restructuring measures
Cooperate and coordinate closely with the MD of company and the Group Financial Controller
3.Treasury, Insurances
Carry out bank and cash management, as far as not proceeded in cash pooling by mother company
Implement Treasury guidelines prescribed by HQs in Singapore and Austria.
4.Investments& acquisitions
Preparation and monitoring of investment budget in coordination with MD and Group Financial ControllerLeading role pre-acquisition phase & PMI-process.
5.Cost Management
Control expenses and cost center level.
6.IT Management
Ensure correct implementation of IT processes as per group guidelines.
Lead IT department at company level in accordance with Group Policy
7.Administration
Preparation of legal documents as per local legislation.
8.Finance Management
Ensure all accounting and bookkeeping processes. Ensure delivery of financial/annual reports. Control and monitor of cash situation and secure liquidity of company
Lead the higher-level finance function incl. coordination of the entire administrative part of the financial system (Balances, Accounting) of all branches.
Ensure strict adherence to Group Accounting Standards.

Job Requirements
1.University degree business
2.10+ years business experience in Finance
3.Comprehensive expertise as Finance Manager/Controller experience in management and leadership of medium-sized companies
4.Excellent knowledge of finance instruments, esp. IFRS and local accounting guidelines
5.English, written and spoken
6.Leadership and Social skills
7.Extensive controlling experience, esp. in industry 举报 分享
