岗位职责:
1. Talent Acquisition 维护和提升雇主品牌,统管招聘过程,分析人才市场状况
     a. Position DXY as a sought after destination for high quality talent. Identify and engage proper channels to get qualified manpower in order to fill vacancies in time according to hiring plan.
     b. In charge of the whole process of recruitment including selection, interview, reference check and employment activities as well as employment recommendation including salary package and contract term etc. Support line managers to create high quality job descriptions. Support improving line manager interview skills.
      c. Inform line managers of hiring trends influencing DXY’s recruiting activity.
2. Talent Development 负责全员培训计划,课程开发和培训执行
     a. Own the check-in and orientation processes to get new employees on board efficiently and effectively.
     b. Own training planning and implementation.
       i. Consolidate training needs, provide clear and specific training needs and plan to business team.
      ii. Develop training courses and team building for training lecturers; create an atmosphere of learning and sharing.
      iii. Execute training plan, monitor training process as well as evaluate and improve training effects.
3. Talent Assessment 主导员工绩效考核过程和方法,汇总及存档绩效评估和反馈结果
     a. Establish performance management structure and procedures;
     b. Support and document performance appraisal as evidence for employee promotion, transfer, and package adjustment.
4. Talent Relation 管理员工满意度,维系关键员工,建立继任计划,处理劳动争议
     a. Assess and improve employee satisfaction and make recommendations to reinforce the position of DXY as a preferred work environment.
     b. Conduct exit interviews in order to provide the EBD leadership team with a balanced and objective view of the perceptions of DXY as an employer.
      c. Handle dispute between employee and company properly.
     d. Keep high potential and high professional employees together with succession plan.
5. Other HR duties assigned by the line manager from time to time, such as: 年度人头预算,奖励计划制定, 组织架构重构,企业文化建设和下属管理。
     a. Budget and control Head Count, Compensation and Benefits as well as Design incentive plans by closely working with stakeholders and headquarters HR.
     b. Assist on designing, directing, and managing a process of organization development including organization design, restructuring and change management.
      c. Assist in building a strong organizational culture;
      d. Recruit, develop and manage HR subordinates.

任职资格:
1. Bachelor or above degree with 7+ years work experiences on recruiting, training, performance management, and employee relation in a medium to large complex business.
2. Excellent interdepartmental execution, as well as communication and coordination skills
3. Ability to perform the job function with minimal supervision.
4. Self-starter, Quick to learn, logical in thinking;
5. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;
6. Strong communication and influencing skills;
7. Emotionally resilient and Result-driven.
8. Previous HR BP work in fast-growing start-up;
9. Previous experiences in Organizational Development;
10. Can tolerate ambiguity due to fast business growth and organizational change.

Baseline for Performance Evaluation
1. Primary: Talent Productivity and employee satisfaction
2. Secondary: Recruitment Efficiency, Manageable turn-over rate and Training Effectiveness
3. Tertiary:
     a. HC,C&B controllability and competitiveness;
     b. Performance Management Planning and Execution.
