Job responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for COMET PCT China’s business in North China with products covering standard match boxes, customized match boxes and RF generators
2. Assist China GM and Sales Manager to maintain the existing business, identify new opportunities and set up strategic business development plans for North China
3. Initiate the strategies for North China with detailed objectives and action plans, followed by constant target/ position review
4. Actively align regional growth plan with China strategy, with both long-term and short-term targets of profitable growth
5. Constantly focus on market dynamics to update SWOT analysis, maximizing competitive advantage
6. As a key member in China commercial team, actively participate in all kind of inter-company meetings and drive for key projects to achieve this plan
7. Quickly identify critical issues and drive for problem-solving results

Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree with major in electronics or material science
2. Basic semiconductor process knowledge will be preferred
3. High proficiency of English in writing and speaking
4. 5+ years of experience in key account management in electronic industry, such as semiconductor, LED, FPD, solar, ect
5. Strong presentation experience and excel skills
6. Good project management skill, customer relationship skill and English communication skill
7. Highly self-motivated to engage with customer on constant base to collect market intelligence and identify opportunities
