岗位职责：
Position: China Tax Consultant
Department: Headquarter Tax Department
Location: Shanghai
-Collect and review the quarterly and yearly tax packages of PRC entities.
-Upload the yearly package to U.S. OneSource system (8858/5471/8865 forms) for HQ review.
-Assist in the managing of PRC CIT annual filing project and reviewing the final reports.
-Collect and review the RPT forms and Segmented P&L forms of PRC entities to assist ITP monitoring.
-Assist in the PRC TPD project and reviewing the reports.
-Daily internal tax research, consulting and contract review for the PRC entities.
-Support and follow up with the tax audit cases for PRC entities if any.
-Assist in the tax planning and implementation of special projects in the PRC region.
-Assist in the tax DD and prepare the report of M&A projects if any.
-Assist in the internal tax health check and prepare the report for selected PRC entities.
-Update the China Tax Manual, China Regulation Library, China Tax Calendar and follow up the schedules.
任职要求：
-2-3 years Tax Related Experience, firm experience or multinational company experience preferred.
-Accounting/Taxation/Law/Economi
Bachelor Degree, CPA /CTA certificate would be a premium.
-Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
