职位描述：
The role we are looking for will require candidates to have either direct work experience in resort / hospitality / theme park experience on Reporting and assurance (PM/Commercial Mgr. background) lead space.

The role will base in Seoul Korea for at least 3 years contract.

Proficient in English and knowing about Korean will be a plus.

?Lead on all construction and management requirements, providing strategic and professional guidance to the project team on contracts, construction and technical issues.
?Develop master plans and manage the top line and day to day work plans and budget for the design, construction and MEP execution,
?Monitor contractors work for compliance with our master plan, budget, quality, safety and conformance with our contracts.
?Review all contracts and assist with procurement, and award of contracts.
?Assist in the negotiation with contractors on any changes or variations to designs, work scope or schedules.
?Overall responsibility to ensure the project team fulfil its responsibility to deliver each stage of the project on time, on standard and within budget and that all commissioning and certification has been achieved for each stage.
?Contribute to the overall design and planning of the project working cross functionally with our internal team and external business partners and tenants.
?Provide management and the team with advice and expertise on critical issues and solutions throughout the project.
?Set target, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff and monitor their performance against the agreed balance scorecard through a formal appraisal process in line with company guidelines
?Ensure all construction and technical team follows agreed compliance procedures in completing their work.
?Oversee the commissioning and handover of all project phases, to our internal team and external business partners.
?Manage the communication between all management and key stakeholders to ensure everyone is keep informed of problems, solutions, progress and budget for each project stage and the overall master plan. 举报 分享
