职位描述：
1.准确把握客户需求、对客户品牌、产品、竞争环境全面深入的理解，提出见解和建议；
2. 充分理解客户需求，制定对应的策略方案、创意方案；
3. 负责带领团队完成策略方案、创意方案的撰写与现场提案工作；
4. 负责对服务项目中重大节点的策略及创意进行把控，参与重大节点会议及策略、创意沟通；
5. 协助上级领导把控策略及创意落实情况。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，广告学、新闻学等相关专业者优先；
2. 具备5年以上公关公司客户服务经验，具备汽车行业经验者优先；
3. 具备独立执笔完成提案方案及优秀的现场提案能力，文字功底深厚；
4. 具备优秀的语言表达、沟通能力及敏锐的市场洞察力；
5. 极富创新意识，擅长策略性思考，能够准确领会客户意图并将其转化为实际创作的能力；
6. 能够与相关人员有效配合，良好沟通，深化创作概念，有效完成创作方案；
7. 有工作激情和强烈的责任感，积极的工作态度，较强的内在驱动力，能够承受较强的工作压力。 举报 分享
