Job Description
SmartNet(SNT) is one of the key components in Smart Services portfolio that Technical Service uses to innovate and drive future business. TSOM is one of the key service components of SNT service.
The current opening requires supportingGreater China East Service Provider customers.
Responsibilities
Proactively monitor open Service Requests and ensure every case handled smoothly and efficiently
Coordinate and conduct conference calls with customer to provide status and workaround update regarding critical cases
Provide guidance to customer and partner on Cisco processes
Generate monthly case review report and update to customer
Act as a single point of contact for customer operational issues and systemic escalation issues
Communication to internal teams regarding overall program progress
Escalate customer issues and various feedbacks to internal team for improvement
Arrange conference call to present operational issues/activities and analysis to customer and internal Cisco personnel
Create business review reports to customers
Identify needs, develop and deliver training based on customer requirements
Understand customer's business requirement and operation process
Skills and Experience
2+ years Customer Service experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Fluent Mandarin & English, both oral and written.
Knowledge of vertical market business trends and concepts
Strong influencing and decision making skills
Good understanding of Cisco's internal business functions
Experienced in Microsoft Office
Ability to guide customer and provide recommendation to customer
Able to articulate customer's requirement back to Cisco internal team
Basic understanding of Cisco products and solutions
Ability to work as team member in a cross-functional matrix environment
Able to articulate the service value he/she provide
CCNA certificate is a plus
