For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (BSCE) Logistics Manager
物流部门经理.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Support with company manager team to join in improvement project, upgrade customer satisfication, promote delivery performance, shorten products delivery lead time, advance competitiveness. Give out suggestion on sales forecast and order intake.
2. Support with global and SLC supply chain logistic improvement, join in with relevant global and SLC cooperation project, share project target and progress, help company keep logistic strategy synchronization. Join in regular business review with global team.
3. Lead cusotomer forecast collection from region company and global HQ, define products and material master plan rules, push master plan implement in company, monitor master plan fulfillment.
4. Manage material (include raw material, semi-products, finish goods and 3rd party) inventory turnover rate, define material availability, balance inventory level with delivery performance target.
5. Collect internal and outside customer concern and expection about supply chain logistic, build department budget and target for logistic relevant KPI and tasks, push target achievement and evaluation on schedule, include cost saving.
6. Define material drive strategy and operation rules, define material and production planning strategy and rules, balance manufacture capacity and productivity with customer requirement, monitor material availability and semi-products/finish goods buffer stock.
7. Manage forwarder selection and evaluation under of global and SLC frame contract, ensure forwarder always keep high efficiency and reasonable cost, monitor import and export business follow with national relevant laws and Siemens ECC policys.
8. Lead logistic department all section team to optimize internal process and organization structure, take team division, cooperate with parter department and Siemens OC to upgrade working efficiency, improve cooperation under of double win concept.
9. Coordinate logistic source to support new project and products development, ensure project and products start/end on schedule on target. Support NPI build and transfer in logistic function, reduce or avoid excess material.
10. Introduce and implement supply chain frame work, push VMI purchasing, cooperate with internal sourcing and global logistic team push supplier development with company business growth, optimize purchasing conditions (MOQ/MPQ, Lead Time, Payment Term, Delivery Term)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Professional in global production, material purchasing and planning management; 2. Understanding sourcing logistic mode and logistic cost management deeply, systematic control project development;
3. Strong leadership management and good team work experience; 4. Keep in line with company target, and fast reaction for the business development, take the proactive thinking for the future;
5. Professional in international trading, overall understanding import and export operation in China;
6. Professional in inventory control and structure optimizaiton, warehouse management expreience is perferred; 7. Overall understanding in manufacture process.; 8. Knowledge of advanced production logistics concept (e.g Pull principle, KANBAN, OEM) under of LEAN thinking;
9. ERP system planning module, SAP experience is perferred; 10. Bachelor degree or above in international trade or related subject;
11. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
