The Connected Vehicle Application Management team is responsible for defining and deploying support processes to run and protect the rapidly growing Connected Vehicle ecosystem. The range of solutions supported is diverse and growing, with a global consumer facing reach. Candidates would be working very closely with our partners in Application Development and Product Development in order to gain knowledge of the Next Gen SDN Architecture, driving Ford’s future Connected Vehicle efforts to ensure operations readiness.
This role is specifically tailored towards the Ford/Lincoln mobile application. The candidate will be working with our AD team as the mobile app features are defined, implemented, and tested. The candidate will also be involved in defining the AM production support model, and creating knowledge documentation for our Level 1 support teams. This role will interface with multiple Connected Vehicle teams in IT, PD, and Marketing.

Position Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Passion for Connected Vehicle, new technologies, consumer experience, and mobile apps.
- Passion for solving the technical problems regarding connected vehicle system.
- Good command on English and the communication of presentation and hosting triage discussion
- Exposure to cloud computing, telecommunications, and/or existing in-vehicle systems (SYNC)
- Business/Systems analysis
- Level 1/Level 2 application support experience
- Knowledge management/knowledge documentation experience
- Application development experience
- Understanding of web services and mobile applications
- Security and Controls
- Willingness to do some travel as needed
- ITIL/ITSM familiarity
- Business analysis skills
- Be proactive and Self Starter
