Responsibilities
1) A/P region financial planning and analysis.
2) ERP key user. Involved in ERP implementation. Improve the efficiency of inputting and extracting data from ERP.
3) Improve the efficiency of generate internal and external report based on ERP data.
4) Prepare and consolidate the data for expenses budget and control. Provide budget analysis report.
5) Support on plant production plan, provide monthly cost variance analysis.
6) Special project cost/expense analysis.
7) Business process flow analysis. Provide the suggestion on optimize business process.
8) Enhance business controlling, include but not limited to: operating expenses management, CAPEX control.
9) Take up Ad-hoc project per request.
Requirements
1) 3+ years of financial experience in FP&A or cost analysis in MNC.
2) Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
3) Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and fluency in English.
4) Manufacturing industry working experience.
5) ERP with logistic and production module experience.
