职位描述：
工作职责：
1.负责业务方案中创意文字的撰写；
2.参与内部各项业务的策划、创意会；
3.参加集团总部及各BU的业务讨论、策划与创意提案会；
4.负责部门内部及与BU召开的各创意会议的（文字）记录；
5.在做具体方案时，协助AE进行客户沟通；
6.负责对提案和输出的文字及设计完成稿校对签字；
7.负责对各项业务（BU）文案资料的管理；
8.配合完善传播方案，配合完善传播主题，负责完成传播主题在多种传播手段上的文字创意表现、校对等工作;
9.在项目（品牌）服务的过程中，配合广告策略，与创意设计根据策略完成广告（影视、平面、广播、网络）的创意表现；
10.文案创意方法、工作方法的总结整理，成功广告案例的收集整理；
11.协调集团相关部门的工作，在第一时间提供给客户最完善的解决方案；
12.完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1.本科或以上学历，中文、关高、新闻相关专业；
2.8年以上广告公司相关工作经验，熟悉品牌运作，市场推广，广告创意行业的流程；
3.熟练运用office软件；优秀的中英文口语沟通及书写能力；
4.在广告创意方面有很强的文字创造力和感染力，对设计软件有一定认识；
5.良好的职业道德和操守，良好的沟通协调能力、创新创意、审美能力；积极配合每项工作的执行，并能广泛收集多方信息、资源，努力提高自身的工作质量和质素。 举报 分享
