Job Summary
? Work with the International Project Marketing team to grow the China IPM business through networking, cold calls, internal & external parties; to deliver high quality IPM services to clients
? Meet goals and objectives of the IPM department, with the ultimate purpose of contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank IPM business in China

Responsibilities
? Market overseas residential projects in Beijing/Guangzhou and across China
? Participate the project marketing events to delivery IPM services
? Provide the preliminary advisory services of international projects to clients, including project introduction, property acquisition procedures and other relevant information
? Follow up and management of the sales, including organisation of site inspection, contract signing and other relevant matters
? Build and manage the channel distribution network while undertake sales directly to customers.
? Build a qualified database of High Net Worth Individual database by targeting a select group of qualified channels to leverage their client base and event schedule
? Expand network of channel agents appropriate to our brand
? Explore and develop more effective channels of international marketing (Media, Banks, Immigration, Overseas Education, Local Agencies/Referral Parties etc.)
? Distribute product and give training to channel agents
? Keep the Head of China IPM and wider group abreast of the latest market trends, competitor landscape and regulatory requirements that may impact the business

Qualifications
? At least 5 years of relevant working experience
? Bachelor degree or above
? Proficient in both Chinese and English communications
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude 举报 分享
