职位描述：
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for turnover and profit targets of BMW MINI lifestyle product
Responsible to develop lifestyle business at dealerships in China. Analyze market demand and develop comprehensive lifestyle retail strategy. Devise, implement and communicate effective sales campaigns to dealers to effectively boost dealer retail Provide product and sales campaign information and promotion plans trainings and provide support to dealers and regional sales activities. Continuous monitoring of the dealer stock level and ensure sufficient stock for daily operation and sales promotions. Daily support to dealers on products and sales campaigns. Support the preparation of marketing presentations for corporate visits and conferences.

Qualifications
Education / Degree:
Degree in economics, marketing, business administration, trade
Knowledge / Skills /Competences:
1）Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
2）Very good communication skills
3）In-depth product knowledge in lifestyle or fashion products
4）Strong background in marketing / sales
5）Experience in retail business is a bonus
6）Very supportive attitude towards colleagues, strong team player
7）Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Experience:
1）>3 years, preferably in lifestyle or fashion retail industry
2）Familiar with the Lifestyle business in automobile industry
