Business Risks team offers enterprise risk management and governance services, strategic risk advisory services, internal control consulting service, contract risk & compliance services, crisis management services, treasury management services for our clients from various industries, mainly focus on energy & resources, manufacturing, real estates, consumer business, pharmaceutical, and TMT industries.

Job Description and Responsibility:

德勤可持续发展服务：

• 建立可持续业务战略与适合的管治与报告架构，协助德勤客户转型至可持续发展的业务模型与实践。

• 协助德勤客户争取业务增长机会，有效利用资源以节省成本，以及管理风险与合规措施，同时回应消费者与商界对环境及社会的企业责任日渐增长的期望。

• 包括综合所有服务线的丰富经验及服务能力，以及利用我们在各个职能、行业与地点在可持续发展专业技术的全面服务。

作为高级咨询顾问，您将：

• 协助客户编制可持续发展战略、规划，分解落地；

• 协助客户搭建可持续发展指标体系，包括制定指标体系框架，对标国际实践、协助落地等；

• 协助客户收集可持续发展数据与分析，撰写可持续发展报告；

• 参与可持续发展报告的鉴证工作，包括编制工作底稿，项目调研，撰写报告等；

• 为其他专业服务领域提供适当的支持。

Qualification: Requirement:

• 本科及以上学历，专业不限；

• 具备两年以上企业社会责任或可持续发展服务相关工作经验者优先考虑；

• 对于企业社会责任及可持续发展有一定的了解，包括了解国内外可持续发展规则；

• 优秀的书面写作能力和业务写作技巧；

• 优秀的口头表达能力，文档归整和演讲技能，英文水平良好；

• 很强的分析和沟通能力，勤勉敬业，致力于向客户提供卓越服务；

• 很强的磋商和沟通技巧，自我激励，具备良好的团队合作精神，抗压能力强；

• 成熟，积极主动，勤勉敬业；

• 愿意出差。
