职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 配合项目总监及销售人员参与业务洽谈；
2. 参与商业地产类咨询项目服务定位会议，明确项目总体方向；
3. 执行咨询项目工作计划，根据项目经理制定的市场、定位、财务报告的报告框架，完成指定模块的咨询报告；
4. 配合项目组其他成员完成商业类项目市场调查及评估分析，确保项目的可行性与策划工作的全程顺利执行；
5. 参与商业地产类项目包含但不局限于商业地产、城市综合体商业部分等。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，房地产相关专业；
2. 2年以上房地产相关工作经历；
3. 熟悉房地产前期开发及投资的行业法规政策；
4. 良好的市场研究及专业分析能力，良好的房产前期开发技能；
5. 熟练使用计算机，掌握相关办公软件，尤其PPT与Excel；
6. 良好的执行能力，能及时把握工作计划的制定和实施，良好的团队协调及组织计划能力，良好的沟通能力；
7. 认真、细致、具有责任心、能承受压力。 举报 分享
