Notice:
Process payment (70%)
Deal with AP payment transactions for Great China.
- Process invoices and booking in SAP
- Check GRIR transactions, matching with supporting documents and purchase nature.
- Prepare payment proposal on due, then clear vendors open items with bank account.
- Month end tax invoice reconciliation
- Collect documentation/filing/copy and prepare payment package to bank
- Coordinate with China and Global factories and NLO to solve payment related issues
Reporting (20%)
- Prepare AP open item analysis and GR/IR aging report
- Make periodical reconciliation with vendors on AP balances
- Prepare statistical report upon requirement
Ad hoc items (10%)
- Assist team leader to do project inquiry/testing/analysis
- Support external and internal audits
1-2 years of related experience in manufacturing multinational corporations
MS office: Excel / Word / Power point etc.
SAP knowledge is a plus
- English CET6
- Effective communication skills both in English and Chinese.
