职位描述：
systemsGo is seeking an experienced accountant to share the workload associated with migration of the company’s regional accounts from reliance on external accountants to an in-house accounting system utilizing NetSuite.
The Contract Accountant reports to the Chief Accountant, Asia, and is responsible for completing the migration of the full set of accounts to NetSuite managing accounts and preparing the financial and management reports for Management and Board of Directors.


Responsibilities：

Assist the Chief Accountant with the following migration activities:
? Prepare starting balances for the current financial year for Shanghai subsidiary
? Train and supervise the activities of Accounts Clerks in Shanghai to enter backlog and current accounting transactions
? Complete Journal Entries and adjustments to produce progress P&L and Balance Sheet reports
? Reconciliation of those reports with existing reports prepared by external accountants and resolution of any discrepancies
? Complete the import of Business Plan data into NetSuite
? Prepare and validate full-year accounting reports for Shanghai subsidiary and consolidated showing comparison with plan/budget and previous year
? Assist with consolidation of current financial year results for the Shanghai accounts
? Assist the NetSuite administrator to revise the reports layout and content to meet management requirements

Work Conditions
Work Location: Near Dashijie Station, Line 8 Metro
Working Hours: Min. 3 days per week, up to full-time. Flexible hours.
Starting Date: As soon as possible, migration project is already under way.
Duration: Dependent on progress. Estimated 1-3 months.
Compensation: CNY 300 - 500/Day

Requirements:
ACCA/CPA preferred
Experience with managing full set of accounts, preferably for a services organization.
Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with one or more full-function accounting systems.
Knowledge of NetSuite would be an added advantage. 举报 分享
