Title
? Pricing (Manager)
Location

Objective of Job
? Manage the pricing process encompassing all retail, wholesale, and lease products, which requires the timely delivery of acquisition RoRAC analysis, competitive benchmarking, and recommendations for pricing as well as dealer commission scheme improvement
? Lead a team to create and implement pricing strategy that accomplishes department and organizational goals
? Liaise with the key departments within MBAFC/MBLC and Brand Partners as well as the field sales colleagues to discuss Pricing related topics and ensure effective and timely communication for any pricing decision
? Lead new product pricing initiatives as well as support new projects & initiatives in S&M related to Pricing area
Task & Responsibilities
? Pricing strategy development and pricing review process
? Lead the pricing team to be responsible for pricing strategy development, implementation, and maintenance
? Organize the monthly pricing committee meeting and lead the team to provide acquisition RoRAC analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing as well as dealer commission scheme proposals
? Continuously improve the pricing review process based on the Pricing Manual and other regulations to minimize the gap between forecast and actual
? Proactively create and develop new pricing approaches for retail and wholesale products to further strengthen our product offerings
? Communication and alignment
? Provide timely and effective communication of any pricing decision to the field Sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders as well as Brand Partners
? Proactively gather feedback regarding pricing and commission from the field Sales colleagues and interact with internal stakeholders to recommend solutions for further improvement
? Align with internal departments on internal/external dealer communication of pricing product
? Project Management and ad-hoc tasks
? Support the Senior Manager, Pricing & Product Development with additional analysis and the preparation of presentations, contingent on the requests by the executive management team
? Support Product Development for the projects with Pricing related topics
? Support Directors of S&M with ad-hoc requests and ppt preparation
? Competitive benchmarking
? Manage competitive benchmarking, industry analysis for other financial and leasing service companies or banks in the market regarding pricing, as well as dealer commission and share with all internal stakeholders
? Dealer commission scheme
? Develop and review dealer commission structure, make analyses on different scenarios and make adjustments to maximize volume and competitive position
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? University above, MBA preferred
? Over 5 years relevant experience in a Financial Services Company or Bank
? Over 3 years of experience in sales & marketing field
? Previous project management experience preferred
? Strong analytical skills and outstanding sensitivity to numbers
? Strong ownership and commitment
? High organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
? Good team player
? Proactive, detail oriented and result oriented
? Excellent presentation and writing skills
? Excellent communication skills
? Professional-level ability with MS office programs especially PowerPoint and excel
? Fluent Chinese and English skills
