Position: Platform Planner

Division/Department: Production & Logistics / PTC

Location: Shanghai

Main goals and objectives:

? Representation of Planning Brand Volkswagen in China

? Planning of Body Shop Underbody Production line for new Volkswagen models in Chinese market

? Managing projects for the vehicle manufacturing in Body Shop

? Support VW joint venture in production technology

Your Responsibilities:

? Concept Planning and Process planning of Production line in

- Product investigation

- Cycle-time analysis

- Equipment definition and calculation

- Simulation for the welding and handling process with Process Designer and Process Simulate

- Body Shop Layout

? Realization of Volkswagen Production Standard

? Participation in Workshop on site

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Degree in Mechanical Engineering / vehicle technology

Personal skills:

? Innovative and initiative

? Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills

? Customer orientation

? Engineer thinking

Working experience (in years):

? 1 – 3 years in automotive production engineering

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Native Chinese;

? Fluent in spoken and written German and/or English;

? Excellent skills with MS office.
