职位描述：
在主管的直接指导下，负责服务线工作
于开餐之前做好售卖、备餐准备工作，按指定岗位就位售卖饭菜
对就餐者应公平对待，按排队顺序逐个售饭菜，份量均匀，做到按量按定价收费
售卖饭菜时，应虚心接受就餐者的监督批评，严禁与就餐者发生争执
如有需要，开餐前协助厨房工作，包括切菜、配菜和清洗
协助餐具清洁、消毒
按照工作分配表，进行餐厅的清洁工作，如拖地、扫尘、洗地、擦台，擦窗、清洁垃圾桶等，保持餐厅清洁
依照正确指示使用所需的清洁用具和方法清洁餐厅等地方
依照正确指示搬运和移动重型物品，在工作区域内运送和提取物品
在下班时保持厨房的清洁和整齐
如有需要，清洁厨房设备和用具
清理用餐之后的碗碟、餐具、器皿和食物盘等到洗碗房
履行公司委派的其它工作
