JOB PURPOSE：
To support Omnichannel strategy in the region which is now coming close to critical launch time, the e-commerce operations coordinator is a newly created role. An initial period of training on Zegna operations will be provided for him/her to understand warehouse facilities where orders, packaging, call for delivery and return flow are managed.
JOB SCOPE：
- Reporting to E-commerce manager, after an initial period of supervision by Senior Logistics Manager, he/she will be in charge of enabling, monitoring, facilitating, correcting the e-commerce operations in the region, with special focus to China.
- Interact with internal functions involved into e-commerce, and with a newly established external Contact Centre in charge of providing final customers with all relevant information and support during every customer touch points.
- Ensure that third party Logistic Provider is performing the service at the best possible quality and within agreed lead time KPI.
- Ensure compliance with T&C in any interaction with final customers, related but not limited to order confirmation, execution and cancellation, refund, returns, packaging format, etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS：
- At least 5 years of relevant e-commerce, B2C operations experience and warehouse management
- Desire to be exposed to a top leading luxury brand in China, leader in luxury menswear industry
- Desire to be exposed to product knowledge, feature and management
- With and willing to infuse Customer Centric culture within e-commerce operations
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficient in simplified Chinese and English
